Installation of your products.

We do our utmost to ensure that products are fitted at your personal convenience, we will always do our very best to work our times and deadlines to suit your own calendar. Our usual fitting times are from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, however in certain circumstances we can be flexible with our arrangements. Please ask us early on into the project for any special requirements.

We always pride ourselves on our manners and cleanliness, we try our utmost to keep dust to a minimum and leave your home as if we hadn't even been. However, we do use drills and other tooling that is essential to our work, so we must ask that everyone at the property is made aware that there may be a little noise for a while and that children and pets in particular are kept safe.  

Lead times and shipping.

We usually ask for 7 to 10 working days to expect your blinds, in the case of shutters or large conservatories between 8 to 10 weeks. We cannot be held responsible for delays to blinds due to shipping or bad weather conditions. If there is an instance where a delay has occurred, we will inform you immediately and do our best in tracking your items with the assistance of our suppliers, ensuring that you are kept updated at every stage of this process.

G.S.T.

All goods that we import are susceptible to Jersey's 5% Goods and Services Tax. We include this G.S.T. within our quotations along with any shipping costs we may incur on your behalf.

Damages.

We inspect your items as soon as we receive them, any damage which has happened in transit is immediately transmitted back to our suppliers who will then automatically begin the process of remaking the damaged product. If damage is overlooked during this process it is likely to be discovered on site by the fitter, in an instance such as this, it may lead to the postponement of your installation. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may cause, however we must do everything in our power to ensure that the quality of the finished project is always given priority over lapsed time lines. We hope that you can understand why these policies have been put into place at  I N N O V I S I O N Ltd., it is for the customers benefit that the end product must always be foremost in our minds under these unfortunate circumstances.

If any damage occurs to our products after they have been signed off by the customer, then the manufacturers warranty will always stand as your guarantee. If it is a direct manufacturing fault, the suppliers in question have a proven track record with us in taking full responsibility for their products. In circumstances where a cause cannot be established, a review may be undertaken by ourselves to avoid dispute and to ensure an acceptable solution and compromise can be found. Please be assured that we will always put the consideration of our customers rights first in all circumstances regarding damage to our products.
